Using Vamana
You must provide accurate information, safeguard account credentials, and use Vamana only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for users you authorize and actions taken through your workspace.
Merchant authority
You represent that you have authority to provide business data to Vamana and connect third-party accounts. Connecting an integration authorizes Vamana to access and act on that account only as directed by you and within the permissions granted.
Google Business Profile
When you connect Google Business Profile, you authorize Vamana to retrieve authorized business accounts, locations, and reviews and to submit merchant-approved replies. You remain responsible for listing accuracy, response content, compliance with Google policies, and revoking access when appropriate. Google services are governed by Google’s own terms and policies.
AI-assisted features
AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them. Vamana may provide approval controls, but those controls do not replace your judgment or legal responsibilities.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vamana to violate law or third-party rights, misrepresent a business, manipulate reviews, send unlawful communications, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to data or services.
Third-party services
Vamana interoperates with third-party services. Their availability, terms, APIs, and approval requirements are controlled by their providers. We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, or failures originating in third-party services.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as Vamana develops, particularly during early access. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, data, or the service.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your business data. Vamana and its licensors retain ownership of the software, designs, documentation, and related intellectual property. You grant Vamana the limited rights needed to host and process your data to provide the service.
Ending use
You may stop using Vamana and request account deletion. Integration access can be revoked separately at any time. Certain records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
